Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sales support to top-tier customers in North America/East Asia, and work closely with product line teams to deliver best-in-class solutions based on customer demanding

  2. Work with top management to develop sales goals, sales budgets, and sales strategies

  3. Responsible for the building, training and management of the sales team

  4. Must effectively manage customer needs and expectations

Qualifications:

  1. B.S.E.E or similar with over 3-years experience in frontline sales, and over 5-years experience of sales management in the optical device industry.

  2. Excellent business sense, sales and negotiation skills

  3. The ability to motivate and lead a sales team

  4. Initiative, self-driven and enthusiasm for sales & marketing work
